RCC Women in Leadership

We had a fascinating time in September's Women in Leadership Luncheon organized by the Richardson Chamber of Commerce Women in Leadership Committee. In her presentation, Mary Pat Higgins, President & CEO of the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum shed light on the significance of being an upstander. She emphasized that, even though it may seem easier to do nothing when confronted with injustice or adversity, inaction is actually a conscious decision, and being an upstander means to speak up, take action, and create change.
